i am unable to open postman on windows

I have downloaded the Postman but it is not opening,not even in a run as adminstrative way

    Yes it still hangs with running as Administrator. I did notice however per another GitHub Thread that postman support provided, that letting the program just sit for the full extended time (up to 15min or more) it eventually finally loads up. It installs whatever update it was doing or process and now appears to open more consistently again.
