In Outlook, the “Today / Yesterday / Last Week / Last Month / Older” breaks are controlled by the view’s grouping settings. To remove those separations when sorting by Date:

    1. Go to the View menu.
    2. In the Arrangement section, select Arrange By.
    3. In the menu, turn off Show in Groups (uncheck it).

This removes the date-based group headers and shows a continuous list while still sorting by Date.
