Hi Ryan Aguilar
What likely happened is that selecting “Skip” created a new empty Epic account and linked it to your Xbox profile, instead of using your original one.
- Sign into the new/empty Epic account → go to Account > Connections > Accounts → Disconnect Xbox
- Sign out
- Sign back in at Epic using:
- Your original Epic email/password or
- “Sign in with Xbox Live” (try this first)
- Once in your original account → reconnect your Xbox
If you can’t find the original account, contact Epic Support: https://www.epicgames.com/help, since this is a public forum, no one here can access and review your account, entitlements status; and it's not a subject that is related to Microsoft in this case.
Hope you'll get this sorted out!
