    Hi Sargunan Prakash

According to the official Dynamics 365 release plan, this feature is scheduled for Public Preview between March 2026 and May 2026, with General Availability targeted around May 2026.

You can see: Get integrated inbound and outbound calling with Sales Hub dialer | Microsoft Learn

However, the release plan also clearly mentions that timelines are indicative, and features may not yet be fully deployed or available in all environments even after the preview start date.

This explains why you do not see the green checkmark. The green tick typically reflects that a feature is broadly released and available, whereas in this case the feature is still in preview stage and rollout is environment dependent. So yes, it is in Public Preview from a release plan perspective, but it may not yet be available in your tenant or region.

If the feature is available in your environment, you can configure it in a sandbox by enabling the Sales Hub dialer and setting up telephony integration, inbound/outbound profiles, and user phone assignments.

For detailed, step-by-step configuration guidance, please refer to the official documentation: Enable and configure the Sales Hub Dialer (preview) | Microsoft Learn

Additionally, if the Sales Hub dialer feature is not visible in your environment, then it means the preview has not yet been enabled for your tenant. In this case, you will not be able to configure or test it in a sandbox environment either. Public Preview in the release plan indicates availability during that timeframe, but features are rolled out gradually and may not be available to all tenants immediately.

I hope this information helps and if you have any further question, please feel free to ask via comment section.

    1. The feature "Get integrated inbound and outbound calling with Sales Hub dialer" is not yet generally available. According to the release plan, it is scheduled for Public preview in March 2026 and General availability in May 2026. The green checkmarks in the "What's new and planned" table indicate features that are already available; for this dialer feature, only dates are shown (Public preview: Mar 2026, GA: May 2026), which means it is still planned and not yet released.
    2. Because this feature is still in preview/planned state and not yet released, there are no generally available configuration steps beyond the prerelease guidance. Current documentation describes it as a preview feature and notes that it requires:
      • Appropriate Dynamics 365 Sales licensing with Conversation Intelligence and Copilot access.
      • Admin setup to provision and configure the voice channel and enable the dialer for Sales Hub.
      • A calling plan or telephony provider for PSTN calling.

For configuration details once the preview is available, the documented path is to follow the admin setup guidance in "Enable and configure the Sales Hub Dialer (preview)" referenced from the FAQ and usage documentation. Until the feature reaches its preview date and is enabled in the target geography and environment, it cannot be configured in a sandbox.
