Forza 6 Crash on Startup on PC GamePass

Dear,

I installed Forza 6 on PC gamepass and when i start the game in few seconds on startup screen its crashing without any error.

I already Upgraded all the drivers

Rebooted PC

Done File integrity and repair

manually repair tool for xbox pass done

run as admin for forza 6

But still issue remain same

Laptop Config

Asus Scar 18 with Nividia 5090

Windows for home | Other | Gaming

    Thanks for your reply, i already dkne the given steps but issue didnt resolved

    but i found the solution gpu acceleration need to be disabled in windows system settings and restart pc after doing that issue resolved and now iam able to play forza 6

    please close this ticket

    Welcome Mohammed Aslam,

    I understand how frustrating it can be when the game crashes shortly after startup on your PC despite updating drivers, repairing the app, and trying basic troubleshooting steps. 

    Before we proceed, I would like to narrow this down a bit: 

    • Does the crash also occur with other Microsoft Store games or only this specific game? 
    • Are there any entries related to the crash in Event Viewer under Windows Logs > Application? 

    In the meantime, you can try the workaround steps to troubleshoot the issue:  

    Option 1: Reset Microsoft Store cache 

    • Press Win + R > type wsreset.exe and press Enter 
    • Wait for the Store to reopen 

    Option 2: Re-register the game services 

    • Open PowerShell as Administrator 
    • Run the following command: get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers 
    • Then reinstall Gaming Services from the Microsoft Store
