I used my reward points to redeem a 1000 robux digital gift card but I didn’t get anything, not a code or any pin, i got nothing.

    I'm a Rewards user as well. Normally it can take up to 24 - 48 hours depending on the volume of users claiming the particular gift card. Please continue to monitor the progress from time to time here: https://rewards.bing.com/redeem/orderhistory as emails can be delayed as well.

    I suggest waiting at least 12 hours before contacting support here: https://rewards.bing.com/support
