    Hello,

This is a public forum, so for your privacy and security, we can’t help with billing issues here. Also, no one in this forum has access to your account or payment information.

To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

To request a refund, first cancel the subscription and then check if it is eligible for a refund based on Microsoft’s refund policy.

    1. Cancel the subscription
      1. Go to the Services & subscriptions page at https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the Microsoft account that was charged.
      2. Find the Microsoft 365 subscription and select Manage.
      3. Select Cancel and follow the on-screen steps.
    2. Check refund eligibility
      • Not all cancellations result in a refund. Refund eligibility depends on when the subscription was purchased or renewed and the country/region.
      • After cancellation, follow the guidance in How to get a refund on a Microsoft subscription to see if the subscription qualifies for a refund.
    3. If charges continue or you don’t recognize them
      • If charges appear after cancellation, it may be because the subscription was canceled too close to the billing date (cancellations must be more than 2 days before the billing date). Go to Subscriptions at https://account.microsoft.com/services and check the subscription end date.
      • If the charge is not recognized or seems incorrect, use the Manage your payments page from your Microsoft account dashboard to investigate the billing charge.

If still needing help or if the self-service options do not resolve the issue, contact Microsoft Support for billing assistance and provide details of the unwanted charges and cancellation.
