    Dear @Eci Z,

Good day, and I appreciate the clear explanation of your issue. As a forum moderator, I genuinely wish I could directly access your account or delve into the backend systems to investigate and fix this for you. However, our role here is limited to providing general guidance and solutions that can be applied by users.

From your description and my research, this error code is related to the sign-up or provisioning process for the trial subscription. In similar cases, the setup does not complete successfully in the background, even though part of the process may seem to go through on the front end. When that happens, the tenant or subscription may not become fully accessible through Outlook, the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, or other services.

A few common factors that may contribute to this kind of issue include:

    • A previous sign-up attempt that did not finish completely
    • The email address already being associated with another Microsoft 365 tenant or account
    • Validation issues with company, billing, or region details
    • Browser/session conflicts caused by cached data
    • VPN, proxy, or network/location mismatches during sign-up
    • Reuse of the same device, phone number, or payment method across previous trial registrations in some cases

To help rule out the most common causes, I recommend trying the following:

    • Try signing up again using an InPrivate/Incognito window or a different browser
    • Try using a different network (for example, a mobile hotspot) and ensure VPN/proxy is disabled
    • Confirm that your email address and company details are not already tied to another Microsoft 365 setup
    • Double-check that your country/region and any billing details are entered consistently and match your payment profile exactly

If the issue persists after these steps, the next step would be to contact Microsoft Support so they can review the backend provisioning logs using the error code and telemetry details. You can follow this article to check global customer support phone number from your region: Global Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

I hope this information is helpful and provided you with a clear path forward. Please follow these steps and let me know how it goes. Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments so I can continue to support you. I'm looking forward to your reply.

The error indicates a problem completing the online order/tenant creation, not something that can be fixed locally. Use these steps:

    1. Verify country/region settings
      • Ensure the country/region in the Microsoft account profile matches the actual location and any payment method that might be requested later.
      • Also verify Windows region settings match the same country, as mismatches can block Microsoft 365 sign-up (similar to the ConversionBlockedCurrencyCountryMismatch issue).
    2. Try a clean sign-up path
      • Go to the Microsoft 365 sign-up page from a different browser or an InPrivate/Incognito window.
      • During sign-up, provide correct organization details and create a new onmicrosoft.com domain (for example, contoso.onmicrosoft.com) and user ID as described in the partner/trial flow.
      • Complete the trial agreement and accept to finish sign-up.
    3. If still blocked, contact Microsoft support
      • The error message explicitly instructs to reach out to support. For business/tenant creation issues, support must check the backend event (using the EventId and SID) and clear any blocked or partially created tenant.
      • If already part of a startup or partner program, use the appropriate portal (for example, Microsoft Cloud Partner site or Microsoft for Startups Portal) and then open a support request from there.

Once the tenant is successfully created, use the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (https://admin.microsoft.com) to manage the subscription and licenses.
