Windows is unable to validate your account. In the Xbox app or Microsoft Store, click your user profile icon > Sign out of your account > Restart your computer > Sign back in to the apps.
You can also try signing out and signing back in to your Windows account. This may resolve temporary synchronization issues.
- Open Windows Settings > Accounts > Your info > Under Microsoft account, click Sign in as a local account.
- Click Next > Enter your email or Windows login password.
- Enter your user information > Next > Sign out and finish.
- After unlinking your email account from Windows, restart your PC > When it starts, relink your email account.
