In the meantime, based on my research, you may consider trying the following approach, as it has been confirmed by other users in similar situations:
- Open Outlook
- Switch to the Calendar module by selecting the calendar icon or pressing Ctrl + 2
- Close Outlook completely and ensure all OUTLOOK.EXE processes are ended in Task Manager
- Reopen Outlook normally
- Trigger a reminder or wait for one to appear, then check whether the issue persists
