Hi Team,
I am doing my .Net development on a machine which is not having access to open internet. In case I need to access any open internet url, I need to get that url added in the list of accessible urls to access it. I am unable to install any nuget package in my ASP.Net core web api project, If I need to install a nuget package(ex - Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore), which url I need to make accessible from that machine.

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
I think the URL you mean is package source. The default package sources are
nuget.org => https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json
Microsoft Visual Studio Offline Packages => C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\NuGetPackages\
You may need the first one about nuget.org.
Besides, you can check or add/remove the default package sources from VS => Tools => Options => NuGet Package Manager => Package Sources.

As per you above comment, my understanding is I need to make URL - https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json accessible from my machine to install the nuget packages (ex - Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore).
Can you please let me know if above understanding is correct.

Now on my machine, URL - https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json is accessible. In side Visual Studio 2022 Community -> Nuget Package Manager, I am unable to search for any Nuget package now, getting below error(when I tried searching Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore using nuget package manager)

Can you please let me know what could be the issue here, in case I need to make a URL accessible from my machine, I can surely get is accessible from my machine.

Please try to directly access(type and access in web browser) https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json and https://azuresearch-ussc.nuget … semVerLevel=2.0.0 on your offline machine and check if you can successfully access these two URLs.
If these two URLs cannot be accessed on your side, is there any error message prompted by web browser?
If these two URLs can be accessed, please try following:
1.Clean NuGet cache by navigating to C:\Users\username\.nuget folder and renaming packages folder.
2.Make sure you didn’t custom any NuGet setting file on your machine.
3.Check the package source and remove any invalid package source from VS => Tools => NuGet Package Manager => Package Manager Settings => Package Sources.
4.Try to reset VS settings(run devenv /ResetSettings in VS Developer Command Prompt).

As mentioned earlier by me. My issue is that I am working on a machine which is not having access to open internet. As machine is not having access to open internet, I am unable to download/install nuget packages in New OR Existing ASP.Net core projects. I need to find URLs and make them accessible from my machine so that above issue is resolved. As a solution, I have made below URL accessible from my machine,

While giving a solution please note I am not having access to open internet on my machine, I am looking for a URL which once made accessible from my machine, I am able to resolve above issue and able to search/install nuget packages on my machine in new and existing project.

Thanks for your clarification.
Yes, I knew you are using an offline machine with currently one URL accessible(https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json).
I want to check if there’s any other things(antivirus, permission limitations, system limitations…) which block VS/Nuget Package Manager from retrieving metadata. So I suggested above to access the URL directly in web browser to verify this(as you have made the URL accessible from your machine).
The URL and the package source are correct, I am thinking if the issue is caused by certificates. Did you share the full error message? It seems that the error message doesn’t show the cause/reason, only the result.
What version of Windows OS are you using, on your offline machine? I suspect some updates/certificates may be missing(some are installed/updated along with Windows Updates).
Besides, does running VS as administrator work?
