Having all sorts of problems with permissions. Desktop PC. When I try to add user of change permissions the system tells me the function is not available in Windows 10. Is it possible that the install left Windows 10 files on my system? Have repaired, reinstalled from ISO, nothing works. Need help please.

    Hi Janine,

Which permissions are you trying to change?

Please post a screenshot of the error message you're seeing.

Run msinfo32.exe, and click System Summary. Resize the columns in the right pane to make the entries visible, and post a screenshot.
