How to activate Office LTSC Standard 2024 via offline method

Regarding Microsoft Office LTSC 2024 activation, if you do not have an internet connection, you can use Proxy Activation. This method does not require a Microsoft account and allows activation in an offline environment. 

If you're referring to Microsoft Volume Activation, Proxy Activation is a method used to activate Windows, Office, or other Microsoft products on computers that do not have direct internet access. 

According to Microsoft documentation, Proxy Activation is performed through the Volume Activation Management Tool (VAMT). The process works like this:  

1. The client computer is installed with a valid product key (such as a MAK or KMS host key). 
2. VAMT collects the computer's Installation ID (IID). 
3. A VAMT host computer that has internet access sends the IID to Microsoft. 
4. Microsoft returns a Confirmation ID (CID). 
5. VAMT applies the CID to the client computer, completing activation.
