    Hi @stan kowalski

According to my research, the error 5.7.5 permanent error evaluating DMARC policy can be caused by a different number of reasons, however, the most common ones are:

    • incorrect quotation marks
    • extra characters or symbols in the record
    • a missing semicolon at the end of the record

I found a similar thread, the problem was adding a period to the end of the record, after removing period and DNS repopulated, it worked. https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-365/error-554-5-7-5-permanent-error-evaluating-dmarc-policy/m-p/278018
