Hi FttWagz, to confirm, have you done the in-place upgrade? And do you still have the same issue after doing that?

Many miners were spotted in your FRST logs.

    Please run the fixlist below.

    • Download fixlist.txt
    • Save Fixlist.txt to the same folder as FRST64English.exe.
    • Close all programs.
    • Launch the Farbar Scanner tool and click "Fix".
    • Restart Windows if prompted.
    • Upload the output log file (FixLog.txt) in your next reply.

NOTE: The fixlist.txt script was written specifically for this user and for use on that particular machine. It is not recommended to run it on another machine, and don't run the same fixlist.txt more than once.

Hi, thank you for replying. Please try restarting the device and make sure Windows Defender is not running or open while you delete the registry entry for Windows Defender.

If the issue persists, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade, which will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.

Kindly follow the steps from this link:

Hi, I'm Bernard. I'm happy to help!

SecurityHealthHost.exe is a components from the Windows Security that might be corrupted. To sort out the issue, kindly follow the steps below:

    Reinstall Windows Defender:

Open the registry, then go to:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender

Then delete the Windows Defender folder, restart the PC, and recheck it.

If none of the above solutions work, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade, wherein it will update the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.

    Hi @FttWagz

Open PowerShell as admin then run:

    Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage

If it doesn't work, open Command Prompt as administrator and run these commands seperately:

    sfc /scannow
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Or you can open Windows Security > Virus & Threat Protection > Manage Settings > Add Exclusion then choose your FiveM folder.

    Hope this helps!

    Best regards,

    Nanta
