How can I chouse where to store the Onenote book that was created at MS Teams?

As far as I know, the default location of OneNote Notebook which is created in Microsoft Teams is saved in the Teams account's SharePoint site. And this is by design behavior in Teams, you cannot change the location.

You can check the Teams account you sign in, it's related to the location of SharePoint/OneDrive.
