MDE client analyzer error 122003 Missing Path

The MDE client analyzer is giving me an error with the message "122003 Missing Path." I've tried running "mkdir.exe C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection\Cyber" as suggested in the guidance, but it's not working. It says that the subdirectory already exists. Does anyone know how I can resolve this error?

This issue is solved , turned out it was missing a registry setting, and not file path

Default MDE Policies key
HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Advanced Threat Protection

Imported a setting from another working server. Problem solved
