I am logged in as a Global Administrator user and cannot manage the identity providers in my B2C tenant.

Azure says I don't have authorization, but my user, I believe, has administrator access.

Can you help me? provedor-identidade-ad-b2c

Hi @Oscar Assunção Alfredo Filho Thank you for reaching out to us, As I understand you are trying to access Identity provider section within Azure AD B2C.

Researched on this issue, to access Identity providers section, you need to have External Identity Provider Administrator Role, same has been documented here - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory-b2c/roles-resource-access-control

Would request you to provide user the access of External Identity Provider Administrator role and verify the issue.

Let me know if you have any further questions, feel free to post back.

    Thank you for your assistance.
But I ended up discovering that it was my mistake:
I was connected to a different subscription than B2C (Azure Entra).
After selecting the B2C subscription, I was able to make all the necessary changes.

Tks so much for your help!! Sorry for take so long time to answer yours assistances.
