Migrate Mailbox Data from M365 to M365

Hello ,

what's the best way to migrate our MailBox Data M365 to M365 .All Users have E5 licenses

instead the emails are stored on user local computer , we need theses mails to be stored in M365 cloud

Please check if this answers your question. Office 365 Outlook emails always stored in the cloud?

If not, have you exported emails from the cloud before (from cloud to local)? you could just import it back directly.

when importing pst files for one user for example , what on the user end will be change ? is the emails will be still stored on .ost file ? if the ost file will be disappeared ?

Hello @APTOS

Import pst file to the user's mailbox, and the mail will be saved in the mailbox, that is, in the cloud. If the email is within the cache time range, it will be cached in the local OST later, and the OST will not disappear.

OST is just a local cache file and has nothing to do with OST.
