A cloud-based identity and access management service for securing user authentication and resource access
Thank you for your post and I apologize for the delayed response!
Once the user accepted your B2B invitation, they should be able to sign into the Azure portal using the email address and password that was used when they accepted the invitation. If your user is still having trouble signing in, you can try the following:
- Make sure the user is using the correct email address. Alternatively, the user can use their User Principal Name (UPN) if their email is causing issues.
- Make sure the user is using the correct password.
- If the user is still having trouble signing in, you can try resetting their password. To do this, select the user in the Azure portal, and then select Reset password. This should send a password reset link to the user's email address.
Note: The user can use their *User Principal Name (UPN)* if their email is causing issues during sign-in. This will also ensure they're login into the correct MS Entra ID tenant.
If the user is still having trouble signing in, can you share any error messages that they're receiving?
