Unable to Update Azure CLI in Azure Cloud Shell

Anytime I run az upgrade in either bash or PowerShell in the Azure Portal, it fails with: This command is in preview and under development. Reference and support levels: https://aka.ms/CLI_refstatus Your current Azure CLI version is 2.55.0. Latest version available is 2.56.0. Please check the release notes first: https://docs.microsoft.com/cli/azure/release-notes-azure-cli Do you want to continue? (Y/n): y Not able to upgrade automatically. Instructions can be found at https://aka.ms/doc/InstallAzureCli CLI upgrade failed or aborted. The cloud resource provider is registered in the subscription.

    Hi @Anon4343 , I understand that you are using Azure Cloud Shell and want to upgrade Azure CLI.

    Microsoft routinely maintains and updates Cloud Shell. Currently, Cloud Shell comes with Azure CLI version 2.55.0 pre-installed. You can't upgrade Azure CLI yourself, as it is managed by Microsoft.
