Hi All, We have a SharePoint 2019 on-premises farm, with every role installed on a separate server. like 2 WFE, 1 App, 1 search, 1 D-cache, and OOS. Recently we upgraded our 3rd party license pfx certificate file in IIS on all farm servers, MMC certificate, personal and Trusted also done. for us and our users the SharePoint sites working fine and no certificate error in the browser. But when we open Application Management-->Manage services application-->Search service application--->the system status/administrative status shows this, "The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel." when we open search server and enter server name in central admin URL, the search status working fine, but in farm URL its giving error which I mentioned. Kindly support how we resolve this issue. we tried all possible steps but were not able to resolve this issue. we need expert solutions from this Forum. Regards, Imran

    Hi @Imran Nawaz ,

Sorry for replying to you so late. I called in sick yesterday. I'm sorry that you are in this situation. Another user recently encountered the same situation. The current suggestions are:

    1. Try restarting IIS to see if the problem can be solved.
    2. Refer to the article: Could not establish trust relationship for SSL/TLS secure channeland follow its steps to see if the problem is solved.
    3. There is no way to test this situation. If none of the above methods work, then I haven't found a better way yet. Therefore, it is recommended that you open a ticket to contact Microsoft directly. This allows you to communicate directly with Microsoft online in real time, allowing you to better find the cause of the problem and solve it.

    Thank you for your understanding.
