Hello all, We are looking at using Company Portal on all Windows 10 Pro (hybrid domain joined) for optional software. I have tried to use Intune to deploy Microsoft Visio and Project as optional apps, along side the existing O365 apps (Outlook, Word ect). This was done using an XML file for Microsoft 365 apps, followed by the link below... https://osddeployment.dk/2021/01/06/deploy-visio-or-project-with-intune-to-users-with-microsoft-365-apps-already-installed/ The applications installed once for me (testing) but when I uninstalled and re-tried through the company portal, the app states installed but does not show. I have removed Office completely and restarted the machine many times. Could anyone advise how we can get end users the ability to optionally install Projects and Visio - without admin rights. @Tom Wrigglesworth, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, it seems the device still be considered as the M365 app installed although the app is not on it.

For our issue, I suggest check if the office related registry key is still on the device. Try to remove them, restart the device and then see if the issue will be fixed.

Here are the registry keys for your reference: User's image

    Hope it can help.
