Hi I have a problem with a device in Intune management. The Device show as Intune instead of co-managed like the other and no application wont show up in Company Portal Company portal

I have got error in "Default Device Compliance Policy" I solved that to do a compliance policy about Windows 10 version , the error disapperar but I have still problem with the device. I have also done that :

  • Check if "the Ownership is set to Corporate" - Correct
  • Check if "The Primary User and Enrolled by User are ths same user" - Correct
  • Check if "Compliance is Compliant" - Correct
  • Check if MDM Authority is Intune and Active - Correct
  • Check that the user has at least an Intune licenses -Correct

Look great with dsregcmd /status command

Any suggestion ?

@Sokoban, Thanks for posting in Q&A. In General, Co-management enables you to concurrently manage Windows 10 or later devices by using both Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune. Please check if this is an enrollment method you want. If yes, please check if we have followed the steps in one path to enroll the device.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/comanage/quickstart-paths

For the picture showing in company portal, it seems the user logging in is not the primary user of this device. Based as I know, we can only login the primary user to get application assign as "Available for enrolled devices:". Please change to the primary user of this device to login company portal to see if the result will be different.

Meanwhile, I notice the compliance policy error disappear, but the problem still persists. Could you let us know if you mean no application showing in company portal?

If there's any update, feel free to let us know.
