Hi Robert Rouse,
Thank you for contacting us through the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Users have the opportunity to gain Experience Points (XP) on Microsoft Learn by successfully completing units, modules, and learnings paths. These XP serve as a means to monitor one's progress and accomplishments within the learn platform. As users accumulate more XP by fulfilling courses, quizzes, and other learning tasks, they typically progress through levels. The more you complete, the more XPs you’ll earn which will ultimately increase your level. For instance, if you’re starting at level one, then finish a unit that’s worth 200 XPs and you’ll achieve a level two status.
The levels are not static; instead, they steadily increase due to the abundance of learning paths and modules, with new training data continually incorporated in a sequential manner. This continuous training process facilitates ongoing improvement and enhancement of the learning platform.
Levels and Experience Points (XP) serve as motivational tools throughout our learning journey.
