Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

We are facing an issue with finding and purchasing the Cross Tenant User Data Migration add-on.

We need to migrate OneDrive from an old tenant to a new one.

But when we go to the Microsoft 365 admin center we cant find the it.

we cant see any Cross Tenant User Data Migration.

Cross tenant migration addon is available AS A SEPARATE purchase for 365 business etc

BUT I CAN BUY IT. I don’t see it in the available products.

We know that as of Nov. 2022, Cross Tenant User Data Migration is available as an add-on to the following Microsoft 365 subscription plans for Enterprise Agreement customers, and is required for cross-tenant migrations. User licenses are per migration (one-time fee) and can be assigned either on the source or target user object.

    Hi @Iniobong Nkanga

As you highlighted in image above, you need to contact Microsoft account team for details.

Please try to contact to Microsoft 365 admin center Volume Licensing by phone or by web form. In the Microsoft 365 admin center, select the Help & support button.
