I'm trying to get a number in communcation service, so I can use it for sending sms or whatsApp for customers.

Can't I have a phone number if my subscription is located in Brazil?

Hello@Matheus Santos based on this Azure doc, yes you can acquire a toll-free number only to receive calls if you are based in Brazil. sending or receiving SMS not supported. please refer to the image below. User's image
