Intune Android (Corporate Owned Devices - Fully Managed) - Factory Reset block not working

Hi there,

I am testing Intune MDM for Android Devices (Have a Motorola G54 5G with Android 13) and when I've configured for the Factory Reset option to be blocked...I can still go to the Factory Reset option in the phones settings and reset it. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong for it to not apply properly?

I've tried a few times now (enrolling the device, factory resetting the device)

Android Enrollment type: Corporate Owned Fully Managed

Device Configuration Profile is on the Android Enterprise Platform

Configuration settings shows Block for Factory Reset.

Token Type: Corporate-owned, fully managed, via staging

Used this guide to setup the Enrollment Profile, Group and Compliance Policy.

@MJ Martinez Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

For this issue, is this policy successfully deployed?

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/mem/intune/device-configuration/troubleshoot-policies-in-microsoft-intune#confirm-a-configuration-profile-is-correctly-applied

And please make sure you don't mix users and devices in a group.

If there is anything update, feel free to let us know.
