@SolidR0ck, Thanks for posting in Q&A. To remove a work account from your android device, you can follow these steps:

    1. Go to Settings on your android device.
    2. Tap on "Accounts" or "Users & Accounts" depending on your device. (If you enrolled with Android Enterprise work profile, you can go to Settings-> Work profile->Accounts)
    3. Tap on the work account you want to remove.
    4. Tap on "Remove Account" or "Delete Account", depending on your device.
    5. Confirm the removal of the account when prompted.

Hope the above information can help.

With the authenticator app no longer letting you remove it manually, you need to make sure the organization is not in your phone or tablet under the user/account section in your phone. It took me forever to get rid of the organization, but once it was removed from my account and user settings, it removed itself from my authenticator app.
