Space key in a Windows remote desktop

Hello:

I have installed a RD Client program to my iPad Pro 2024 with a Magic Keyboard to have a remote desktop for my job. Everything works fine, except for the Space key, which only works pressing Option and Space combination keys. The arrow keys don’t work either.

Is there any way to fix it and make it work properly?

    Hello,

    You may first try go to Settings >Accessibility > Keyboards > full Keyboard Access > commands remove “space bar” from the “activate” field as suggested in RDP for IOS Space Bar not working on Ipad Pro - Microsoft Q&A

    While certain key combinations might not work as expected in a remote session, many of the common Windows key combinations, such as CTRL+C, CTRL+V, and ALT+TAB will work (see:Get started with the iOS client | Microsoft Learn)

    Also, ensure that you have the most recent version of the RD Client installed, as updates typically contain bug fixes that might resolve your issue. Additionally, consider submitting feedback directly through the app’s settings menu, engineer team may address this in the future.
