Hello, Once the Wi-Fi configuration is displayed to the Windows devices from Intune, it is displayed correctly. The problem I have is that once connected the next day or after a few minutes or hours it asks you again what an action requires and you have to connect again. Why does this thing happen when you ask to do that action again? From Intune I have configured to connect automatically whenever it is visible and within reach. Thank you.

    Hi,

I don't have that power option on the wifi device.

Just like you can see in the image.

I also have the driver updated.

I don't understand why it asks for action when you have already connected.

This happens to all devices, it is not a one-off.

    Thanks.
    Regards.

    Hi,

Thank you for your reply. I suggest you try the following methods to see if the problem can be solved:

Open the Device Manager, expand the network adapters, right-click the adapter you are having problems with, select Properties, and click the "Power Management" tab. Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".

If the problem still cannot be solved, I suggest you try to update or reinstall the network card driver to see if it can solve the problem.

    Regards,

    Zunhui

    Hello,

Regarding the problem, I understand that it is a Windows problem.

I have already opened a case with Intune and they have told me that the policies, certificates, etc. are being deployed correctly.

The problem comes when Windows tells you from time to time that it requires action and you must connect to the Wi-Fi again, when you had already authenticated previously.

Why does it behave like that?

Once connected, it should not ask you to do that action every so often.

    Thanks. Regards.
