We have 2 IP addresses that are leaving our network and both are from India and the are Microsoft IP addresses. We need to know what product is this for and why are they routing out our network. These are on Windows Server 2022 within AWS.

13.71.55.58

52.140.118.28

We need to know what these are asap.

    Hello,

They appear to belong to Microsoft Azure's network range. Download Azure IP Ranges and Service Tags – Public Cloud from Official Microsoft Download Center

Your Windows Server 2022 instances in AWS might be using Microsoft services or communicating with Microsoft servers for updates, licensing verification, Active Directory synchronization, or other integration purposes.

This could be related to Office 365 services, Azure services, or any other service that requires communication between your AWS infrastructure and Microsoft data centers.

We would also suggest you could repost this issue in Questions - Microsoft Q&A, there will be a dedicated Azure engineer to give you a professional and effective reply.

    Regards,

    Karlie
