To solve your issue faster, I would like to ask whether the Microsoft .NET Framework is not installed on your computer. Are you encountering an error when installing software that requires the .NET Framework?
If this is the case, you do not have .NET Framework 4.8 installed on your server. We recommend that you download and install the latest version of the .NET Framework installer.
