Steps to Set Up a Flow in Power Automate for Shifts and Outlook Calendar

What are the step-by-step directions to create a flow in Power Automate that connects a personal Shifts schedule to a personal Outlook calendar? Several flow templates have been tried, but they do not work. I am able to save and don't get error messages. However, when I complete that action that should trigger the event, nothing happens (i.e., when I am assigned a Shift, it doesn't appear on my calendar).
