Update notification/alert card text ('Send a card')

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Support. 

As I am forum moderator, I do not have access to back end of Teams, so as far as I know, by default, Microsoft Teams does not support text formatting (such as bold, highlight, or color) in the notification banners that appear on your desktop or mobile device. These banners are designed to be lightweight and consistent across platforms, and you do not have this Setting option in Microsoft Teams' Settings and Teams Admin Center portal as well.

However, we will appreciate it if you can raise this on the Microsoft Feedback Portal to help improve the product. Sharing your suggestion there not only increases visibility but also contributes to the broader community by highlighting real-world use cases and needs.
