I can't see my certificate after AZ-400 passed on Sunday May25

I can't see my certificate after passing AZ-400 exam. I only see the exam badge but not the certification badge. Please, help me

@Kostiantyn Lavrynenko One thing you can do it create new Microsoft account and sign-in to Microsoft Credentials forum using that instead of your current one. The idea is to get around the issue so that you can communicate with them.

When they contact you via private message you would give them the correct Learn account that your certifications are under.

Above technique has worked for most (not all) other people that got same error, hopefully it will work for you too.

After successfully passing a Microsoft certification exam, your certificate typically becomes available within 24 to 48 hours in your Microsoft Learn profile. Then you can follow these steps to view your certification:

Go to the Microsoft Learn Dashboard.

Sign in using the same Microsoft account you used to register for the exam.
Click on your Profile.
Navigate to Credentials > Certifications.
Scroll down to the “Past exams” section.
Locate your AZ-104 exam and click “View Score Report”

I've followed the instrustions but I can't see my certification badge renewed. I had the certification before and renewed it several times online. But this year I was not able to renew the certification ontime and it became expired. That's why I passed my AZ-400 exam once again but now I still see my certification badge like expired

@Kostiantyn Lavrynenko Do you have Active Azure Administrator Associate certification or Active Azure Developer Associate certification? If the prerequisite(s) expired then you would need to pass one of those exams (AZ-104 or AZ-204) in order to earn DevOps Engineer Expert certification again.

@Kostiantyn Lavrynenko Okay, thanks. I replied again before your second comment came through. You need support moderator in Microsoft Credentials forum to fix your profile so that DevOps Engineer Expert certification shows as Active again.

Thanks, I tried to do this several times. Every timer I try to post my question to the forum I get the error. I tried to do this from different browsers and in incognito more as well. No more ideas.
