Hi,

while activating my Microsoft for Startup Azure Sponsorship Offer a new subscription has been created. However, I was missing the chance to select an existing subscription like stated in the documentation.

I am referring to "If you are unable to move resources between subscriptions using the "Move resources" option, you can request to transfer your Azure credits to the account with your pay-as-you-go subscription. To do this, please open a support request through the Azure Portal by selecting Help + Support and submitting a ticket."

Unfortunately I don't have a support plan.

Could you please transfer the Azure Sponsorship MS-AZR-0036P offer to the existing other subscription?

Best Regards

Björn Peter

    Hi Björn Peter,

Transferring Azure Sponsorship (MS-AZR-0036P) credits to an existing subscription is not a self-service action and requires assistance from the Microsoft for Startups support team. To initiate this process, please submit a support request or or create a support ticket with the billing team here and clearly state that the issue relates to an "entitlement transfer." Be sure to include details of both your existing subscription and the newly created subscription involved in the transfer.

Even if you do not have a support plan, the Microsoft for Startups team can assist with entitlement transfer requests.
