    Hi @Daniel Falana

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum.

Please note that issues related to Microsoft Certification accounts are not supported directly in this forum.

Since you'd like to close your Microsoft Learn account linked to your student email and move your certifications to your Outlook account before the student email expires, we recommend reaching out to the Microsoft Training and Certification Support team. They can check if transferring credentials is possible and guide you through the next steps.

For assistance with Microsoft certifications, please kindly ask questions in the dedicated community below:  Training, Certification, and Program Support Community

    Or contact Pearson VUE Support

    Pearson VUE - Customer Service

    Pearson VUE - Chat

Thank you for your understanding, and we hope this gets resolved for you quickly.
