I am trying to load the site, https://mybusinessservice.surface.com/en-US/CheckWarranty/CheckWarranty , but it isn't working, and I am needing to check the warranty status on approximately 80 Surface Pro Tablets. Is there something else I can try?

    Good morning,

Thank you for the reply, but this is complicated. All these devices are for a Government office, and we are unsure which email was used to register them with their extended warranties. Is there any way I can do this without having all 80 devices on my one account?

    Hi Mathew Sinner,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having difficulty checking the warranty status of your Surface Pro tablets. We’ve verified that the website is undergoing maintenance, and the status is still in progress. Unfortunately, there is no specific time frame for when it will be fixed.

You can try checking the warranty status of your Surface Pro tablets through your Microsoft account.

    Here are the steps:

    1. Open the Microsoft Support website at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices.
    2. Click on "Surface" under the "Devices" section.
    3. Scroll down and click on "Check your warranty" under the "More support options" section.
    4. Enter the serial number of your Surface Pro tablet and click on "Check warranty".
    5. The warranty status of your Surface Pro will be displayed.

If you own multiple Surface Pro tablets, you will need to follow these steps for each device. Before you can check the warranty or make warranty claims, you may need to register your Surface Pro tablets to your Microsoft account. If you require assistance with registering your Surface Pro tablets, please refer to the ‘Manage devices used with your Microsoft account’ or ‘Getting your Surface device serviced’ guides.

We can also verify the warranty by contacting our live business support team. They have a tool that can check the warranty for multiple devices.

    1. Go to this link: https://serviceshub.microsoft.com/home
    2. signing your account then click on request support.
    3. Next select the Product and specify the issue.
    4. Select type of support, your time zone and preferred contact method.
    5. Describe your issue as detailed as possible.
    6. If applicable share picture, videos, or files to provide you with the most appropriate support.
    7. Provide your contact information.
    8. Verify the details of the new Microsoft support request.
    9. Then click on Submit and a Microsoft support Enterprise support agent will be getting in contact with you as soon as possible.

    Christopher.
