How to transfer my Outlook e-mail to GMail account

I have an Outlook e-mail account through GoDaddy and I want to move it to Google Gmail. I have followed all the instructions however when I try to add my Outlook e-mail address to my Gmail there is an error message for username and password. I'm definitely using the correct username & password however I keep getting the error message. I'd love some additional guidance please. Thanks.

    To assist you effectively with your email migration inquiry, please verify whether IMAP access is enabled in your mailbox. IMAP must be active to allow external clients (such as Gmail) to connect and retrieve mailbox data. 

    You can check this via Outlook on the Web (OWA) by following these steps: 

    • Sign in to your mailbox at https://outlook.office365.com 
    • Select the Gear icon in the upper-right to open Settings
    • Navigate to Mail > Sync Email 
    • Locate the toggle for IMAP section under “POP and IMAP” 

    If the toggle is visible and enabled, the mailbox supports IMAP connections and should be compatible with third-party email client. 

    If the toggle is missing or greyed out, the account is likely provisioned under an organization or third-party provider (e.g., GoDaddy), where IMAP access is restricted or managed by the administrator. 

    In such cases, administrative intervention may be required to allow protocol access. 

    Additionally, could you please provide a screenshot showing which email client you're using to access your mailbox? This will help us better understand the environment and context of your configuration.
