Inplace Upgrade Win 10 ,20H2 from MEM

Hello everyone,
We are having devices with Win 10 version 20H2 . We want to do Inplace upgrade on that machines but many of them are in remote locations.
So,Is there any way to do Inplace upgrade from Intune?

Sure, intune is exactly for this - location doesn't matter. Go and see Device Configurations for Updates, you can select desired build.
