Azure Load Balancer Health Probe stuck updating

I have created a brand new Service Fabric configuration from scratch.
Editing the newly created Load balancer to insert my health probes, each one haves about 15 minutes to change from "updating" to "succeeded".

How can I speed it up, as I have several to enter.

Deletes or edits also take as long.

I had the same problem though after waiting an hour, I gave up and tried the method below.
Both the Health probes and Load balancing rules could not be edited due to the "updating" status.

After shutting down the back-end servers that were probed, the "updating" status disappeared within seconds and I could edit the probe to reflect the correct port.
After turning on the back-end servers, editing the health probe did not pose any problem, even when I changed the probe back to the blocked port.

There is also a Network Security Group active in our virtual network which only allows traffic to the correct port, so that might influence our situation.

Standard Load Balancer provides multi-dimensional metrics through Azure Monitor. These metrics can be filtered, grouped, and broken out for a given dimension. They provide current and historic insights into performance and health of your service. Resource Health is also supported. Review Standard Load Balancer Diagnostics for more details.
