how do i find how many hours that the user is active in the microsoft 365?

We have a requirement that needs to provide a report that how many hours that the user is active in the Microsoft 365 using any app within Microsoft 365. Is there any way that we can get this information other than compliance Audit?

    There's no built-in solution for this scenario, closest you can get is by using Workspace Analytics (part of Viva now): https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/insights/Use/office-365-data
