Downloading the oscdimg utility for Windows 11 Update

Why don't you download the installer and just install the Deployment Tools as marked in the picture:

Afterwards go to the path:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\Assessment and Deployment Kit\Deployment Tools\amd64\Oscdimg

or

C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\Assessment and Deployment Kit\Deployment Tools\x86\Oscdimg

and copy the oscdimg.exe on your desktop and then uninstall the Deployment Tools.
