USB Root Hub Drivers

Hi there,
I have a major problem.
I have a desktop using an ASUS Motherboard, I am sending this from my laptop.
I was having problems with getting USB flash drives to mount.
Getting the Yellow triangle in Device Manager in Other Devices.
I uninstalled the USB root hub and restarted Windows to find that the drivers did not reload and Windows could no longer see any of my USB devices.
The keyboard and mouse work in BIOS and the Support System but when you get to the Startup Page the USB keyboard and mouse are no longer seen.
Is there a way to get hold of the Generic USB Drivers that are in the Windows ISO file.

The insert shows the properties for Root Hubs on my laptop.

They show that Microsoft wrote them or at least have access to the drivers to allow the change to the properties for the drivers.

I need the files in a form that I can install from the Command Prompt.
I am trying to avoid having to fully re-install Windows again.
Help Please.
Thank you.
Regards,
David
