I tried everything, SFC, DISM, Reset WIndows Components, In services Windows Update and IBTS reset etc. Even i check NET HELPMSG 2182 issues online and followed instructions But problem is still existing.

    Hi there,

    Please try these tests:

    1. Switch to another internet connection source -- e.g., mobile internet tethering, to see if you can access the MU links.
    2. Install the Opera browser and enable the VPN option.

See if you can access this link under the VPN: https://catalog.sf.dl.delivery.mp.microsoft.com/filestreamingservice/files/d71a2eec-ae7c-4873-822d-e1afbcd52312/public/windows11.0-kb5036893-x64_f8c0bdc5888eb65b1d68b220b0b87535735f1795.msu

    1. Configure your network settings to use the IP addresses 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as your DNS servers. They're Google Public DNS addresses.

Also, post your Farbar scan logs so that we can check if something is blocking access to the MU servers.

Run the Farbar Scanner and share your logs.

(How-To: Share OneDrive files and folders - Microsoft Support)

Note: If Microsoft Edge or Chrome mislabels the Farbar Scanner executable as PUA/malware, choose to keep it by tapping … in the bottom bar, choosing Keep, and then choosing Keep anyway in the dialog that appears.

    Aaron,

Earlier i used to get updates from catalog website. Later got some issues with my windows OS and Microsoft agent asked me to reinstall the OS (repair) which i did. Later i found that I am unable to download any new updates from Catalog website. It means something is wrong. I am getting regular updates from Settings/Windows Update but sometimes I found that new updates are available on Catalog website and not on windows (Windows sometime delays update) and I want to update it. If you check on my first post, You will see many screesnshots in detail to identify my issue. in Services.msc, i reset BITS and Windows Update links. But still I am getting this issue with Catalog website, all other websites are working fine and I am able to download any programs from any website except Catalog website. I tried to download KB5036893 from Catalog website which i couldn't.

Send me specific link and let me try.

**** Thank you for your feedback.

    catalog.sf.dl.delivery.mp.microsoft.com

Not the site for Microsoft's catalog. There is something wrong with this jump. What update do you need to place I can give you the specific link. If the same jump problem exists after our testing, then it may be a system issue and we will try to fix it again.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or if I haven't explained something clearly.

    Best Regards,

    Aaron

    Hi,

    Thanks for your response.

My OS build is in signature line.

I'm unable to download any updates from Catalog website. You can see the last image of web browser the issue is shown. (i tried all available browsers to see if it's browser issue or not, but thankfully not). Issue in downloading catalog updates means something is wrong. Isn't it?

    Hello, Avie :)

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

Thanks for your feedback. windows update troubleshooting is about to be deprecated. If you are not having problems with your computer, you can leave it alone. Can I see the version of your computer? Press Win+R and type winver, if your version is 22631.3447 then it is the latest version.

Also, you said you can't access the catalog update site, which update are you trying to download?

    Best Regards,
