Thank you for your feedback. It looks like the site is blocked, you need to check your plugin or proxy settings. Or you can try turning on privacy mode.

    1. Open the Microsoft Edge browser.
    2. Click on the three dots icon in the top right corner to open the menu.
    3. In the menu, select the "New Traceless Window" option.
    4. When the No Trace Window opens, you will be able to browse in this window without saving your browsing history, cookies, and site data locally.

I read your signature and you are already on the latest version of windows.

    Best Regards,

    Aaron

    Hi there,

    Please try these tests:

    1. Switch to another internet connection source -- e.g., mobile internet tethering, to see if you can access the MU links.
    2. Install the Opera browser and enable the VPN option.

See if you can access this link under the VPN: https://catalog.sf.dl.delivery.mp.microsoft.com/filestreamingservice/files/d71a2eec-ae7c-4873-822d-e1afbcd52312/public/windows11.0-kb5036893-x64_f8c0bdc5888eb65b1d68b220b0b87535735f1795.msu

    1. Configure your network settings to use the IP addresses 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as your DNS servers. They're Google Public DNS addresses.

Also, post your Farbar scan logs so that we can check if something is blocking access to the MU servers.

Run the Farbar Scanner and share your logs.

(How-To: Share OneDrive files and folders - Microsoft Support)

Note: If Microsoft Edge or Chrome mislabels the Farbar Scanner executable as PUA/malware, choose to keep it by tapping … in the bottom bar, choosing Keep, and then choosing Keep anyway in the dialog that appears.
