- If possible, do you mind installing an earlier version of Windows 11 on your device?

If your device still has an old Windows installation record, update history, you can try to restore the device to a relatively early state.
For example, system restore, uninstall updates, go back to the previous version of Windows.
- To open System Restore, use the keyboard shortcut Windows +R, type rstrui.exe and press Enter.
- To uninstall update, select Start > Settings > Windows Update .UnderRelated settings, selectUpdate history> Uninstall updates.****
- To go back to the previous version of Windows, in the Settings app on your Windows device, select System> Recovery. If the option is available, select Go back. This will keep your personal files, but it'll remove apps and drivers installed after the upgrade, as well as any changes you made to Settings.
If it is not possible to restore to an earlier version of Windows and KB5048667 does not take effect, currently, you may need to refer to some alternative applications, as mentioned in the following thread. Some community members may try some other brands of print management software as a temporary alternative.
