Hi Alan LAMBERT
Thank you for your response. If you're looking to get your music folder from OneDrive back to your hard drive, here’s a step-by-step guide you can follow:
Option 1: Using File Explorer
Open File Explorer and go to your OneDrive folder and locate your music folder.
If you see a cloud icon next to the files, they are stored online only > Right-click the folder or files and select “Always keep on this device”.
Wait until the cloud icon changes to a green checkmark, indicating the files are downloaded.
Once downloaded, you can move the music files to a local folder on your hard drive.
Option 2: Using OneDrive Web
Visit https://onedrive.live.com and sign in with your Microsoft account > Select the files or folders you want to download > Click Download.
The files will be saved to your Downloads folder on your hard disk, and you can move the music files to a local folder on your hard drive.
If you get stuck at any step, please feel free to let me know. Or if you see any error messages when trying these steps, please send me a screenshot of your error/notification so I can better understand the issue. Kindly blur or hide any sensitive information in the image.
I am looking forward to your response.
