    Hi LINDA ABDULLAH,

Thank you for reaching out regarding your difficulty playing drama videos and apps on Windows.

This issue often occurs because of missing or incompatible video codecs, outdated graphics drivers, or settings conflicts on your PC. To help resolve it, you can try the following:

    1. Run the Video Playback Troubleshooter:  Go to Settings -> System -> Troubleshoot -> Other troubleshooters and run the Video Playback troubleshooter. This tool can automatically detect and fix common problems.

    1. Disable Video Processing on Windows Your Windows PC carries a video enhancement feature to improve your video playback experience. However, if your hardware is incompatible, you might have trouble playing videos. Hence, it’s best to avoid using these video processing features.
      • Press the Windows key + I to open Settings on Windows.
      • Navigate to the Apps tab on your left. Then, click on Video playback

    1.  Update Display Drivers:

Display drivers are responsible for showing the graphical interface and videos in the best possible format. Naturally, if there’s an issue with your PC’s display drivers, it could lead to issues like videos not playing on Windows 11. In such cases, updating your graphics drivers can help.

    • Right-click on the Start menu icon and select Device Manager.  User's image
    • Expand Display adapters, right-click on your graphics driver, and select Update driver.

User's image Restart your PC to apply the changes and check if the videos are playing fine.  If after trying these solutions you still experience problems, please let us know the exact error messages or app names involved so we can assist you further.

We are here to help you enjoy your videos again soon!
